Within the contract period, WOW! customers receive every update immediately upon availability and have access to all comfort functions that are included in their license package. With an inactive license, the usage is restricted and additional information is missing. This leads to increased time investment and loss of productivity. Active licenses ensure (operational) security by keeping data and software up to date. With inactive licenses and outdated data, some information and functions cannot be accessed and vehicles cannot be diagnosed or can only be diagnosed in poor quality.

Power Repair

The fault codes read out are supplemented by targeted information such as Reference Values, Possible Causes, Confirmed Repair Instructions, Component Check. You sit back while the WOW! Software uses and compares a wide variety of modern data sources in real time. With the help of almost unlimited vehicle data and fault code information, you will find the way to the repaired vehicle faster and easier.

Power Search

Intuitive finding instead of searching with Power Search, all you have to do is enter the most important data (vehicle identification number/engine code).

Power Scan

Type-specific software as soon as the vehicle is scanned. With Power Scan, you can not only query all systems at the touch of a button, but also select customised versions for different areas of application, regardless of whether it's a service reception, inspection, overall check or quick scan.

Flightrecorder

All real-time data supported by the control units can be recorded. Prior selection of the systems on the PC is possible. The flight recorder can be started simply by pressing the integrated push button on the Snooper+ or LOOQER. The evaluation and graphical representation of the recorded data set is easily done on the PC with colour differentiation of the graphs for better visualisation.

Our intuitively operable customer database understands itself. With the customer and vehicle management, we offer you a tool for fast customer service and better customer retention through transparent diagnosis and central management of diagnostic data.

Top 10 Function

Display of the ten most used functions of all software users for an even easier repair. Because if a large proportion of WOW! customers want to perform these specific functions on a vehicle, it is very likely that other customers - including you - have the same need for that vehicle.

The purchase of a new DIALOOQ system or a new LOOQER includes one of three LOOQIT StartUp software packages. The StartUp licences have a term of 12 months and automatically change to the respective regular licence Expert, Expert Data or Expert Data Assist after 12 months. After the changeover, monthly invoicing for the respective licence begins and can be upgraded as required. Within the contract period, WOW! customers receive every update immediately upon availability and have access to all comfort functions* that are included in their license package.
